Why won't 1218 frog work?

Why won't the frog work on level 1218, I'm on an iPad Air 2. Is King looking at fixing this otherwise its game over.

    Hi Cambos,

    Thank you for contacting King Care. Unfortunately this is happening on all levels with Mr. Froggy. The King game studio is aware of this issue and they're looking into this. If you will, please post your issue on this thread where you'll receive updates as they come through and they have an idea on how many people are affected.
