Can't play level 16 as button is directly under ad for Bubble Witch 3

The button to activate level 16 is directly under the ad icon for Bubble Witch 3. So if I attempt to activate level 16, of course, the ad for Bubble Witch 3 pops up on the screen. I have tried to slide the game around to move the level 16 button out from under the ad, however, the game screen will not move far enough to completely clear the ad.

Can you go the previous level and click 'next' so you don't have to return to the map screen? Is that possible?

Episode race
I am on level 18022, and just won an episode race, but wasn’t given my gold bars. It shows in my information that I won, but the 25 gold bars aren’t there.

I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
