I had download all the ingredients requested at level 76 and system is not couting them, i had try around 4 times, i am stuck, please help
I am having the exact same problem even after you collect the ingredients it doesn't count them and says you still failed
I don't know how but after about 20 runs at this I finally got past it. I did restart the game several times though now I hit level 80 and for some lovely reason I have to wait 72 hours to get more levels....waiting....waiting....waiting.....I am not good waiting people!!! I do think there is a glitch on this level though it was extremely strange. I know they get harder but this one literally took forever and still not sure how I finally beat it. Love Candy Crush though!
The target is to download all the ingredients, while playing i am sure i had downloaded all of them event more, system is not counting them , can someine really take a look on my account with logs you can confirmed, how can i get the logs?
I can see straight away from the first screenshot that you didn't get the score target so this is probably why you didn't pass it
I am able to see the ingredients were collected, i mean i see them when they to down but the icon the counter on top right hand corner does not reflect that and justo shows a message i failed,how can i send logs ? Someone a tech needs to check this on my account
Can you post up some screenshots of this. It's strange if you have the tick to say the ingredients were collected but the level still fails you.

It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
