Hello, one day I decided to synchronize my game with Facebook. Such a bad idea!! I lost all my levels and I don't arrive to restore them... please help me!
Furthermore I have a new phone now so I want to have the same level I had on my ancient... that's why I wanted to synchronized the game with Facebook, at the beginning... can you help me?

Thank you for contacting King Care! First, let's start with the email address you very first started with when you started playing Candy Crush. Is it the same email you're using to log into Facebook? Secondly, have you ever logged in through King.com?

The adress I logged with is oce88b@gmail.com I think.
Yes I logged in trough King.com but it was in 2008 I think...
I'm an ancient player of Candy Crush so I'm not sure of the emails I used to log me I'm sorry...

Check that email you gave me and see if there is an email from King to reset your password.

No it hasn't change anything... had you copied the data from my email account into my Facebook account? Or did you do something else?
If you want I can send you photos from my data (level, bonus...) but I don't know how can I do that here...

No that message was supposed to be from a king moderator, hopefully to help you out.
Do you still have your old phone available?

No since it gave you the option to change your password for king.com then your level progress should be on king.com have you checked that yet?

Yes I'm sorry I hadn't understand what I was supposed to do with that message the first time... But now it's good : I have all my levels in my new phone! Thank you very much you saved my life! :-P
