About one in every five times I reach a treasure chest, I get the rewards inside. Why don't they reward me the rest of the times? The countdown timer on the chest in the upper, right-hand corner is still active, too.

Yes, the chests are there. I reach the chest and it doesn't "open." The game continues to starting to play the next game where the chest was sitting.
I play on my home computer, a Dell XPS, through Facebook.
The browser is Google Chrome.
This problem has been ongoing for quite some time, several months. At first, I thought perhaps the treasure chest's time had expired by the time I got there, but then I noticed the countdown timer in the top, right-hand corner that showed there was time remaining on the treasure chests. It just happened on Game #2315 in Sugary Stage, the last game of this level. I reached the chest, which had four boosters in it. Nothing happened. The game just continued to the pink "Play" screen.

Okay, thank you Gloria. There seems to have been a problem with the treasure chest recently and in the past. I will try to get you some technical help with this, unfortunately I don't have access to any King moderators at the moment because they are not there right now. But I will put it in their message box to get back to you because there must be some kind of glitch going on with the treasure chests again!

Yes. I reach the chest and it just goes on to the next game without rewarding the boosters. This has been ongoing for quite some time. Very disappointing!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
