candy crush saga all data reset

I changed my smartphone last week, and after changed my phone, i found the problem that candycrush data is not transfered to my new smartphone. So I tried to login facebook at start page. But when i login facebook in my used phone, all data disappeared.. My level was about 2306 and My ticket id which you gave me is 4695586. Can you restore my ago data in new phone??

On your new phone have you logged into the Facebook account in which you had all your levels? Because all your levels should be restored as long as you're using the email address and Facebook account that you had all of your progressed levels on. Because as I understand it you have two Facebook accounts is that correct? Just want to make sure you are logging into the correct Facebook account on your new phone and that you have downloaded the Candy Crush app of course LOL. Please let me know how this works out.
