How do I reset my Candy Crush to level 1?

I would like to reset my Candy Crush game back to level 1 - zero out my scores, etc.

    I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.

    Is there a way i can reset my lvl's?? I havent played in a while and like to restart it fresh!

    Yes, you can😊You can reset your game progress by contacting our player support. If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My game progress - Contact us and send them an email.

    If you do not get the solution from the player support, please let us know again.
