I lost my progress, how to get it back?

Hi, I'm texting you because I lost all my progress on Candy Crush Saga. I had some connection problems beetwen my facebook account and the game (on my mobile phone).

The game asked me to reconnect candy crush with facebook and waiting for a email about confirmation of my account.

Now I lost everything (just on my mobilephone), it's seems like I joined facebook just 1 week ago.

Waiting for an answer, thank you in advance

ps i was at 426 level
