Level 1
My wife logged into Facebook on my Windows Surface tablet. All my Candy Crush game levels (Candy, Soda, Jelly) got synced with her account. Now whenever I login it starts over at level 1. How can I get everything connected back with my account?

Hi Roger,
First off, go to the games and log out of Facebook, all of the games that are affected. I'm sure you've probably already tried this, but try logging into Facebook again with your email and password on the game. Secondly are using a browser such as Chrome or Mozilla something or strictly this is through your windows tablet through the app itself?

I have deleted all the games from my Facebook account. Then logged out of all the Candy games. When I play in 'disconnected' mode the levels appear correctly on the tablet. As soon as logging in again with my FB account it is back to level 1.
I do have the windows FB app and sometimes use Firefox browser on the tablet.
It seems like somehow the Candy games are still associating with each FB account even when not logged in.
Okay Roger, you will probably have to clear browsing data and your cache on your tablet. Logout of facebook again through your games. Stay logged out. I hope this helps you, if not I've included a video.
Open Inter Explorer in Desktop Mode
Go to Tools and Internet Options
Under General tab:Check the box “Delete browsing history on exit”
Click Delete, to clear already saved cache.
If that doesn't do it for you, then you may want to go to the app itself for Facebook and the game and clear cache, but do not clear data because then you will lose all your boosters, but if you uninstalled then reinstalled the game you may have already lost the boosters and lives. Then go ahead and log into Facebook again with your own email & password. Please let me know how this works out I sure hope it does work for you!

I cleared browser data & reset the FB app. Still have the same issue. Where is the game cache to clear?
Go to your settings, click on apps, find CC, click on that, there will be a clear cache & clear data, but only clear the cache. If this doesn't help either Roger, I'll get a King moderator to check into it as soon as they come on. Thank you for your patience!
