Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

I did that before posting in here, but it changed nothing. I’m confused how it says the magic shuffler is rolling out to be available to all players in May and June, but it’s July and I’ve never had it. I understand features come and go, but if some of us aren’t going to have access to one or more features at all, ever, maybe the announcements should say that so that it’s clear that isn’t really the case. Otherwise, it’s pretty disappointing.
