Candy Crush won't load on my iPad

Every time I try to play on my iPad it shuts it down, the game, not my iPad. I've played on there before but recently it's been acting weird. It takes me to the orange loading screen then shuts off. I can play fine on my iPhone no problem. Any suggestions? I've already deleted the app and reinstalled it yet that had no effect. Please help. I love this game.
