i was on level 352 and as i changed my iphone to a new one, I've lost all levels and i'm on level 1
How did you save your levels on your previous device?
Can you transfer them over via Facebook or Kingdom?

I've done this but it didn't work. What can i do?
Then log into the Facebook app or Facebook in a browser. Go to the home page for the app and tap the blue button to connect. This will restore your game.
My iphone was a 4s but i think it was via facebook but i'm not sure.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
