Charged but never received

I bought gold bars the other day on candy crush, but the game froze and when I was finally able to get back into the app they weren't there, so I bought them again. Can I please have a refund ($6.99) on the 50 bar pack I never received?

Stop rewords by watching adds
Hi, I have purchased rewards. Ever since you stopped me to get free rewards by watching adds. That is not fair. instead of supporting customer to to buy rewords you stop them to use free rewards by watching adds. If I don’t get the free rewords I will stop plying and remove the app. Thanks
