Game won't connect to the store
When I try to connect to the shop or get the options for extra moves at the end of a game, the screen just spins and never connects. I have cleared the game cache, cleared the Google play store cache, logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried restarting my phone. It still just spins

Hello @d_oertle unfortunately not being able to connect to the app store due the issue of the spinning screen is a long standing issue that King don't seem to be able to solve.

The issue isn't in seeing a purchase, I can't make a purchase because when it tried to connect to the shop, it just spins, but never connects. I have over 500 gold bars, but I can't use them because it just spins when trying to connect. I've attached and example of what I'm talking about

Yes @d_oertle I understand what your issue is and if you check the discussion I linked you will see that it refeences your exact problem.

You have tried the usual troubleshooting techniques already, but according to the linked article there is no real fix for the spinning screen issue.
One thing that might help is did you restart your device in between deleting and reinstalling your app.
