Since the new version started this morning I can not play the game but when I try it takes away my plays. Will not let me select the moves. This sucks

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
