I am getting an error message saying this level doesn’t count towards my win streak and it won’t allow me to use boosters at the start of the new level. I tried turning phone off, logging out, checking for updates and nothing seems to help. It’s been like this since July 12th. It’s very frustrating, I paid for the booster carousel to help pass levels and I can’t use them.
Please help!!!!

Don't worry! In some levels it is not possible to select boosters at the beginning. Sometimes this can happen because the board has little space and by inserting the boosters it would not be possible to make moves, other times this happens when a new blocker is introduced such as, for example, the first levels with crystal candies.
Once you complete this level your streak and the boosters will return.
