You 100% sure you're connecting to the right account? If someone has logged into their Facebook on your device then it's possible it's automatically connecting to the wrong one if you're not entering your credentials to log in. As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. Logging out won't cause you're progress to be reset, even removing the game from your Facebook account directly doesn't affect it as it's synced to their servers.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
