I cant get helps from playing (not the chests but the other way) - what is wrong?

on left screen where it would show how many til I reached max, I would earn helps then the timer would kick in for so long and you would not earn helps til it went away...now it now shows' send to friends' where it used to show the number ex. 3/60 and my game does not extend to a tall blue mark but is flat - what is wrong?

how do I get it fixed???
