I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"
Now you're all set and ready to go!

@cezdiamond I have received messages in none of the 3 games mentioned above.
Due to a wrong advice by the Apple Store in Amsterdam, I went suddenly down from level 2345 to level 1. The apple worker from the Genius (!) Bar could not fix it. Thus, I sent via Candy Crush a message to KING asking for help. As a response I only got a standard message telling me to go to the King Care Community. I can see there that I am not the only one with the problem of a wrong synchronization with Facebook and KING account. I would like to get a personalized message from KING telling me that they will take me back to level 2345. Please give me a positive reaction to case number 8414962379.Thanks, Guido

Hi, did a factory reset on android and lost it all despite full backup restore. I managed to restore lvl progress by logging in then out of FB for Saga but all boosters gone. Is it possible to restore them?
I did not manage to restore even my lvl progress on Jelly and Soda. Is it possible to restore them?
I do not have a kingdom account but believe I at some point have logged in with FB also on Jelly and Soda. Thanks.
I also just tried to play and my levels had been reset to #1. Tried to sign in with both Facebook AND the Kingdom and nothing. Very frustrating, since I've spent so much time playing. Email is: goodnightkiller@gmail.com

Could you please help me too? I have reinstalled Soda Saga on my tablet and lost all progress (but I still have my gold bars). I logged in and out several times with no luck. I have always logged in with my email and I haven't connected to FB in over a year. It's Soda Saga.
