I've tried to uninstal the app in my phone and from facebook. Reinstalled both. Still can't connect to Facebook. "Can't connect to Kingdom" message. Happened after I deactivated my Facebook acct for a day. Help please.
I'm sorry Tim, there are no known issues with this from our side so I cannot offer any further support.
I can add your progress to a Kingdom account if you are happy to create, however this means you won't be able to see/play with your Facebook friends.
Let me know if you wish to do this.
I just tried that. It took a while because I was out. So I tried with regular data and just now with Wifi. Still the same response, "Sorry you don't have access to the kingdom, right now. Please try connecting again later."
Could you please check that you are not still logged in to Facebook in a browser. Log out here as well, restart your device and log back into the Facebook app and the into Candy Crush.
Yes. I have the latest version of everything. I've logged out of FB and Candy Crush. Logged in using my new password. When it goes to log in to Candy Crush, I go through the process with signing in through FB. It eventually says "you've already authorized Candy Crush Saga." Then says I can't connect to the kingdom etc....

I reactivated the same acct and I haven't been able to connect. So I'm using the same one as before. I've tried everything I can think of.

If you have deactivated your Facebook account then you will no longer be able to connect the game if you don't have the existing account anymore.
If you create a new account then you can connect to this. If you wish for me to transfer your levels then let me know.

when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
