This morning I paid for 10 coins twice to finish the level, it took my money and coins and froze

I see under some of your answers you can check transactions. I am hoping you can refund my money or mark me complete on the level I am on so I do not lose out here. I trust you can check using my ID but if you need any more info from me on this please email me - bevbbmail@gmail.com. this just occurred a few mins ago - so just after 9am today, March 20.

I have no idea about this game that much
I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
