I completed the star chaser and got unlimited lives for 2 hours and something that looks like a color bomb with 6hr on it. What does this reward do?

I just got that reward myself and it looks like it adds a Color Bomb to your level for free for the next 6 hours. Hopefully you've discovered the same thing already
