Not getting bonus rewards from Carnival Climb

The last few times I have played Carnival Climb / Spring Climb I have not been given the bonus rewards I won. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

The same thing has happened to me several times. Just now I even paid gold bars to keep the prizes and still only got the timed ones. The ones that were X2 I didn’t receive. Hope it can be fixed.

Same thing here. Happens quite often where either none or only some of what you win gets allocated. Hope it gets fixed asap.

Hello everyone the Carnival Climb and every other climbing style event has suffered from the issue of undelivered rewards. The issue is supposedly being investigated, but the issue has been going on for over a year.

Why don't I get lives even though more than 24 hours have passed ...you are always the usual cheaters. It has already happened many times,I want the extra lives you have cheated me. You deserve complaints since not only with the cheated lives but also with the videos I watch them and then neither the lives nor the extra moves come, and even with the climbs the other day you cheated me mazz'ora of multicolor ball boosters.

The lives have come to me,but the old ones have not...you should give me at least 100 of them since the many times they have not come to me. I am not changing my mind you are cheaters....

Yup missing my 30 minutes of unlimited fish from Carnival Coinb. 🤬. This game is so frustrating and unfair.
