Hi, I have restarted my phone and I've lost all my progress on Candy crush levels. I'm again on level 1, I was in the 1600 levels.Is there anyway of getting these recovered, please ? I was not connected with my Facebook and not registered on King Care. My pseudo was Giovellina, and I'm from France.I've sent an Email to the helping center, and have an email back saying I have to contact you. They give me a ticket ID number (Ticket-Id:4932530), I don't know what to do with. Could you please help me ? Please... I'm a bit desperate.
