I suggest you start by checking for updates to the game on iTunes or Google Play.
Second step is to run through all the steps in this thread:

If the problem is still there then you should consider a re-install of the game.
Your boosters and messages will get lost when re-installing so please take that into consideration!
1) Make sure you have all your levels on Facebook. You can check this by starting the game on Facebook to see how many levels has been saved there.
2) Un-install the app
3) Reboot your phone
4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Google Play or iTunes and click on 'install'
5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it and connect to Facebook.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
