🎷🎸🎤 Music Festival in Candy Crush Saga 3 - 15 August!

Sounds neat but will we the players who play on FaceBook in a web browser hear these new themes?

Because any time King has put new music in the game from an event, we never hear it, and usually all of the music stops working until the event ends.

Please do an actual test of the event in a web browser to ensure that it works properly for launch, because those of us who play in a web browser end up feeling left out.

@Crazy Cat Lad what gave you the impression that I didn’t want to participate in the event. Since I started playing the game just before the creative season with Archie being introduced, the vault challenge, and the current season I have participated in all of the events and have had some type of problem in every season. Problems include prizes not being awarded correctly, the event disappearing while I’m doing the required task, or I don’t get the event at all. When I have not gotten the event I let you know and I have contacted the help center only to get an automated message telling me to type my response above the text and after I replied to that email I never heard anything back from the help center so the problems that I have are still. You compared or blamed human error or a plane crashing in your reply back to me regarding getting the wrong awards given. I have wanted to participate in all of the events. For me I keep music off because there are family members around me. I do plan on doing the event if I am one of the lucky ones to get it. But my luck hasn’t been so good. It has been very stressful when I don’t get the event or get given the wrong prizes. I like many other play games for fun and shouldn’t have to have extra stress put on us by the events/seasons problems are causing. This last event so many people were posting screenshots showing the absurd high scores on the leaderboards and the entire day there was not any response from you or anyone saying it would be investigated. I think the problems need to be fixed and when new events are launched someone should be availed if problems arise.
