Progress lost

I was on level 665 on my iPhone. I don't usually play connected to Facebook. As I tried to connect to Facebook, I was thrown down to level 1. I logged out of Facebook but am still at level 1. I emailed customer care whose response was the link to this page.How do I get my progress back????
