Bug with level 7826

Hello, I am unable to complete level 7826 because of a bug. The cherry on the left side is supposed to drop and collect before it hits the bottom row. I've seen YouTube videos where this happens correctly. But in my game, the cherry is not collecting. It passes through the green exit arrow and lands at the bottom of the screen where it is stuck. See attached.

Please report this ASAP.

@phdlance Thank you, As said i passed ok on win 10 app and mobile but have been informed the facebook version does have a fault which they are hoping to fix sometime today

@phdlance.hi and welcome, please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if your issue still exists

That's annoying, I've already fetched the cherry in the field. However, there is a green arrow at the bottom left. It should work.

@phdlance Hi again, i have just tried on mobile iphone and on windows 10 app and had no issues with it the arrow collected the candy and it did not go through the arrow . So would definitely try on mobile and maybe on you internet browser clear the cache and then try again and see if the issue is still the same

It works on mobile but does not work on Facebook/web, even after refreshing the page.
