I'm on level 1941 & was sent back to level 1 on my IPhone7! How do I get my levels back?

Lost all my levels on my IPhone7! I was currently on level 1941. I still have my Droid Maxx plugged in & can play on it but if I unplug it the battery dies within an hour plus the game freezes constantly which makes it no fun to play! Also I want to play whenever I go, not just at home!

Thank you for your post.

I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.

To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.

To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

Pin Event Disappeared even though still had weeks left yesterday.
I am 3 pins away from collecting them all and receiving the gold bars. Then all of a sudden the event is over even though there was at least 2 weeks left yesterday. This kind of stuff is very frustrating

Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
