Why do I have to keep deleting the app then uploading again just to lost all my boosters

In the last two weeks I have had to delete the app more than 5 times  then upgrade again just to lose the boosters I have regained. This is frustrating and I'm in the high 1800's I have did the things you recommended but hasn't worked . This doesn't seem worth playing anymore it seems the higher you get the more problems you have
