I have 2 PCs, 1 shows Level 1 and the other shows my correct level, how do I get them both to be correct?

Ok you're on PC but does that mean you have the game installed directly or do you play through a browser on King.com/ Facebook?
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
