Candy Crush will not load. I have tried everything but deleting and reinstalling because I don't want to lose my boosters. I'm on an iPhone 6s so that's not the issue as I've been playing on this phone for a few years. It happened since your last March update. Please post an update to fix it. If I delete and reinstall is there a way for King to refresh all my boosters and messages as I have accrued hundreds. Been playing for years. Thanks.

We indeed recommend not to save up too many boosters and messages as these are locally saved in temporary datafiles on your device. Any update or reinstall of the game or the operating system of your device can affect those datafiles.

If I delete and reinstall the game is there any way the company can restore all or some of the boosters and lives I've accrued. I didn't know not to collect so many. But accruing them keeps me interested in the game. Losing them makes me not want to play. Any chance for an update or a fix for this?
