I am not able to get any extra boosters in Candy crush when playing on my PC my phone is fine

I am not able to get any extra boosters in Candy Crush Saga when playing on my PC my phone is fine as well as my IPad but they don't carry over to my PC can I get them back on my PC.

That's because items don't transfer between devices, they remain on the device they were received on. Only progress and gold as that is synced to your account. There's more event's and promotion that run on the Mobile version of the game, that's why you'll have an easier time earning them on those platforms. Since the game on FB/ King.com is being updated the the HTML5 version (which is pretty much identical to the Mobile version) those other event's might start appearing in the browser version of the game.

Yes I was aware that the boosters don't transfer between devices what I am talking about is when you get a chance to earn extra bonus boosters in other levels.
