My Candy Crush saga account looks like it's on mobile but my friends account doesnt how can I fix this please help

Thank you for contacting King Care! First of all which browser are you using? Do you know which browser your friend is using? I find chrome works best if you're not using an apple device.
I'm sure you already updated to the latest version as well. It could also be the new testing for HTML5, you can check if your device is ready for html5, since they'll be, and are, reverting to that instead of flash. There is a link in this blog to check if your device is HTML5 compatible.

Unable to purchase
