Do we only talk to each other

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from the game for a month now. I feel like I’m wasting my energy again. Right before my nightmaresly hard level my game just up and closes. Ending my winning streak and of course snatching my extra treats. I refuse to put any money into this game so I’m mad as hell. Has anyone had this problem, are we just supposed to talk to each other and the game doesn’t give any relief. This dame game is addictive but Im ready to delete it again because I feel like they cheating me
