I lost my iPhone and lost all my progress. I was on level 303 and now it's all gone. Can I restore that somehow?

I heard a tip from a fellow super user today to complete the first level then reload the game and sometimes that brings you back to your progress. Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
