I lost my progress when I logged in to Facebook I was on 2300 and I logged in to save my progress it went back to 1470 how can I get it back?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
