More than a question is a comment

I've been using candy crush for more than 5 years and you haven't solve the problem that for example if you get out of the game to see something else in your phone for a minute and want to get back to the middle of the game that you left off sometimes it gets you out to start over and you loose that life immediately. You don't know how many times has that happened to me and it's so annoying because many times it's been my last life or I'm almost winning and I have to answere a call and then I loose that game.

also you never answered me the time that I had many lives friends sent me and they disappeared in an update.

hope you can help me these time

I think this has happened and happens to a lot of us, as far as I know it has always been like this, both for

- losing the life in case you interrupt the game

- losing saved up goodies like lives after you installed an update

I don´t think it´s a problem, as long as you try not to interrupt your game and as long as you rather use the stuff you get instead of saving it up.

⛔ Under investigation: Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
