Advancing to the next level

After beating level 1460 on FB and my mobile it will not advance me to the next level! Why? I've been trying to get an answer to this for a while now.

Thank you for your help ... I use Google Chrome as my browser, I also always clean my cache/cookies out. Someone helped me and I was able to sync the game from King.com to FB. I was able to advance to the next level ... Sandy

Could you please check if you have the latest version of the app installed as these updates contain the new levels.
If you have the latest version, could you please let me know why you are unable to proceed, what your map screen shows etc.

I do have the latest version ... After beating level 1460 all I see is a gift box and red road area. No numbers, listed for the next levels. Sandy
