Please note that all in-app purchases in all your games and apps are handled by the platform.

As mentioned above the payment details are on your account that you have on the platform. Meaning if you play on iPhone you have your payment method on your Apple-ID, Android on your Google Play account, if you play on Facebook you have the payment details on your Facebook account settings.
