Is it possible to have a feature whereby you could go directly to any level without having to scroll through the entire map..maybe we could just enter the level we would like to play and that level opens up

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
