Lost levels

Hi, when i started playing this game long time ago i didn't login to facebook and now i changed my phone and i want save levels so i try login with facebook still on old phone. I was about level 740 level then go to login facebook and all leves gine with no recovery possibility

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
