Asked me to connect to facebook and took be back down to level 1

Hello. I was playing CC on my iphone today and it asked me to connect to my Facebook account. I assumed I already was connected. (I had connected them in the past) I went ahead and did it, and then it took me to level 0.

I went to my desktop computer, logged in to facebook, and went to candy crush and my progress was still there. I only have one facebook account, so I have no idea why when connected on my pone, it took me to level 0. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I checked for updates on my phone. I tried logging in through my facebook app.....nothing has worked yet.

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
