Milestone badge

Hello @Angela_Coates10 can you please try playing level 6000 again and completing it. Sometimes this works to make the Milestone Banner appear.

If that doesn't work you could one of those players' that has a banner that does not update.

If your banner does not update after replaying level 6000 try turning off your Milestone Badge feature and replay level 6000 again. If your banner stays at level 5000 then unfortunately this means you are one of those players' whose banner does not update every Milestone.

Hi @Angela_Coates10 did you try turning off the Milestone Badge feature as well? If you did was your level 5000 banner removed?

Please try this (make sure you know your password first)

Turn off your Milestone Badge feature and then sign out of your game.

If you are playing on Android mobile, delete your app cache. If you play on iOS delete Safari's cache. If you play on a PC delete your cookies and browsing history.

Please note if you play on an iOS device make sure you delete your history from the iCloud as well.

Restart your device, sign back into your game and play any level. Turn on the Milestone Badge feature.

Replay level 6000.

Sorry to hear that @Angela_Coates10 I think that probably means you are one of those players that just gets stuck with the first banner they receive. If you check your friends list you will notice quite a few players that have a Milestone banner that does not represent the level they are at.

Can you remember if you received your banner before you received the Milestone Badge feature?
