I lost my progress when i switch my Iphone...can you help me to recover. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Johnny!!I receive your answer but i dont know how to send you the answerAnd i take Icloud from my old deviceIn the past, i use the same and it works...wy now not working...???

    Hello,

    Our games do not fully support the transfer of progress via iCloud.

    I can restore your game but you will need to create a Kingdom account.

    Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account.

    Let me know the email address that you use and also the level you were playing.
