Candy Crush will not unlock the next level

I finnished level 2060 about 3 weeks ago and candy Crush say new levels will come soon but nothing happens. Please help.

Please visit your app store and search for the game. In the app page you will see the option to update the app. Once updated you will be able to see and play new levels.

It did not work so I deleted the app and reinstalled and now it works. Thank you

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
