I deleted my FB account several months ago and created a new one with different email etc. I've played CC on both my iPad and iPhone with ease and both were synced on level 743. I've recently created a new FB account and decided to connect the CC app on my iPhone. To my dismay I have been sent back to level 1. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app in addition to following the steps outlined in previous issues to log into Kingdom using my email (which too was unsuccessful). Fortunately I am able to access CC on my current level via iPad and I dare not try to connect to FB for fear of the same loss on my iPhone. I hope I can still get back to my current level and any help is appreciated.
