Lost progress

CC wasn't connecting to FB, when I tried to connect it said I already was but, it wasn't. I logged out of CC, is said when I log out and log back in my progress will be there, I was around level 2160 something, when I logged back in it took me back to 1656. How do I get that back? I don't want to quit playing, i don't want to do all those levels over! I don't care if I ever connect to FB as long as I get my levels back
