Lost levels on candy crush

I was on 854 on candy crush around 3 today and when I got home it started me back at the lower

level I also have iPad and it's not sinking with what I had you guys fixed this for me I have tried to do this I am not computer smart please fix this for me at my original level thank you tammyroseantonaros@gmail.com I also play this on Facebook thank you for your time

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
