How can i recover my progress?

Dear, CCS Customer Care I recently download candy crush on a new phone, however, when I login to my account I was set to level 1. Previously, I was on level 500-600 and hope that I would not have to restart from level 1. I had problems on my phone and after reset and login the game it be come level 1. My level should be more than around 400-500. Pls kindly help to get it back and my email is patitta792008@hotmail.com

Hi Mark Hawk,

i have the same problem. I was on level 2080-2090 and than i have to delete candy crush because i get a new phone. On my new phone i download candy crush and i logged in with Facebook. And now i am on level 1. So please can you help me?
